Harboe is Denmark’s third-largest brewery, and together with our subsidiary in Germany – Darguner Brauerei GmbH – we produce and market our beverages and ingredients in a wide range of markets around the world.
Harboes Bryggeri A/S is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, and the Harboe family has co-owned and managed the company since 1883.
Today, the family’s sixth generation is part of the senior management and holds a controlling influence amongst the company’s more than 7,000 shareholders. Our business is based on strong values, which form the foundation for everything we do.
We are locally rooted and active in the local communities of which we are a part. This local presence has provided the basis for recruiting talented and highly motivated employees who help to ensure a good and stable workplace.

Our sustainability work is integrated into our governance and risk management processes and is anchored in executive management and the Board of Directors. Harboe’s ESG reporting follows the voluntary VSME standard and documents the Group’s goals, initiatives, and results.
